Advertising on this site is only available to property owners aged 18 years and over. My Bulgaria Ltd reserves the right to limit inclusion or to delete entries should it subsequently be found that any property being advertised is in fact not privately owned.
2. Advertising
When you purchase advertising on this site you must provide us with accurate and complete personal information. This information will be securely stored and will never be used for any other purpose other than to allow us to contact you directly regarding your account.
3. Fees and Duration
The cost of advertising a single property for sale on this site is £50 including VAT. Each property advertised will remain live for 6 months (180 days) unless sold and deleted by you prior to the normal expiry date. You will be sent a renewal reminder before expiry at which time you may either renew for a further six month (180 day) period or allow your account to lapse. No refunds will be entertained for unexpired time, however discretionary refunds will be considered upon application.
4. Payment
All orders are processed via WorldPay. WordPay is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, the 5th biggest banking group in the world and a recognised and secure online payment solution. PLEASE NOTE THAT WORLDPAY DO NOT PROCESS PAYMENTS MADE FROM BULGARIA ITSELF.
5. Guarantees and Warranties
We will not be liable to any customer or member of the public for any information supplied on this website. Our website is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not make any representations or warranties if such information subsequently proves to be inaccurate or out of date. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss resulting from the information being provided. Any decision made in relation to purchasing property and/or services as a result of information obtained from our site is your sole responsibility. The only warranty that we can give regarding the accuracy of the information is to state that all reasonable endeavours are made to remove inaccurate information from the site as soon as we are able. The service we offer is to allow individuals to advertise property for sale on our website. Introductions are merely facilitated and no further obligations are owed. If purchasing property we strongly suggest that you do not part with money in any form until you have satisfied yourself by every reasonable means that the transaction you are entering into is genuine and also that you use the services of a qualified lawyer.
We do not guarantee or warrant that you will receive enquiries or sell your property through this web site.
6. Changes to site
My Bulgaria reserves the right at its sole discretion to change the site content or layout at any time. My Bulgaria will make all commercially reasonable efforts to make and communicate updates.
