Due to ‘popular demand’ My Bulgaria is giving property owners the chance to advertise and sell their property privately using the My Bulgaria web portal.
With the increasing number of resale properties becoming available in Bulgaria, we have created this site exclusively for private sellers to allow them to get much better exposure.
With many agents understandably appearing to be less interested in resales (in particular with newly built/off plan properties) we expect this initiative to allow you to be now more easily able to attract potential buyers directly and all for less than £10 a month!
There are no hidden charges, just a flat fee of £50 for 6 months for each property that you want to advertise.
It does not matter whether you have an off plan or completed apartment, a Villa, a house or even a plot of land for sale, the only qualifier is that the property is yours to sell and is in Bulgaria of course!
