Shabla is currently an undeveloped/untouched area of Bulgaria coastline however many of the prime spots have already been purchased by investors and developers who are now sitting on plots or going through the land regulation process.
This land plot is accessible from main road from Shabla to coast, first line behind camping and is located approx 400-500 metres from the beach in pictures with views to sea and also to Lake. The Romanian border is approx 25-30 minute drive or Romanian coastline can be seen from beach.
Local reputable land regulators with access to local municipal maps have confirmed it is outside of Natura 2000 and could be regulated to either subdivide into many build plots or alternatively use for a larger development. |
