The people in the village are friendly and very helpful and importantly the house has good nieghboughs. There are shops, bars, doctors. post office and a chemist in the village. Altimir is up and growing with new bussinesses opening and many houses being renovated. The house its self has 2 rooms in the basment where the Coal/wood burner for the central heating is situated. The first floor has entrance hall Bathroom lounge kitchen dining room and double bedroom, and a corridor leading to the outside balcony. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, open plan area and a bathroom, all rooms are furnished. The annex has a fully furnished double bedroom bathroom and small sitting area. The gardens are laid to lawn with an orchard at the rear. There are barns in the garden that could easily converted,a gazibo and water well with eletric pump. The house is cental heated, TV in all rooms and internet connection on 2 floors. I have lived here for 4 years, the only reason Im selling is because its to big for me on my own, but I do intend to buy again in the same village |
