The cost of advertising your private property for sale is £50 per property. All orders are processed via WorldPay. WorldPay is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, the 5th biggest banking group in the world and is a recognised and secure online payment solution.
All accounts will allow for the publishing of a property description, a relevant location or town/village name, size of living area, email address for direct contact by potential buyers and up to six pictures of your property. Accounts will remain live for 180 days although you may disable the account yourself earlier if you either sell the property or withdraw it from the market. An automatic email will be generated before the expiry date of your account asking if you wish to extend the advertising period for a further payment.
All live properties will also randomly appear in the ‘Featured Properties’ section on the Home Page.
